These are simple tips which will help reducing weight long term

  1. Drink 2 glass of water just before having meal. Mostly dinner. 
  2. Mix lemon juice into hot water and drink as soon as you wake up in the morning
  3. 15 minutes before meal eat one bowl of salad like cucumber, tomato, carrots, etc. without any toppings
  4. IMP: Have your dinner very early than you usually. e.g. 5 pm. Reason behind this is you do not eat anything for more that 12-14 hours this keep your stomch empty for longer. 
  5. Eat high fiber foods
  6. Avoid high calorie foods
  7. Always all the day try to drink hot water as you can 
  8. Morning breakfast should be full stomach. Eat whatever you like in breakfast only. In dinner do not eat high calorie food.
