- Drink 2 glass of water just before having meal. Mostly dinner.
- Mix lemon juice into hot water and drink as soon as you wake up in the morning
- 15 minutes before meal eat one bowl of salad like cucumber, tomato, carrots, etc. without any toppings
- IMP: Have your dinner very early than you usually. e.g. 5 pm. Reason behind this is you do not eat anything for more that 12-14 hours this keep your stomch empty for longer.
- Eat high fiber foods
- Avoid high calorie foods
- Always all the day try to drink hot water as you can
- Morning breakfast should be full stomach. Eat whatever you like in breakfast only. In dinner do not eat high calorie food.
